Silver Penny of King Cnut circa 1016

Offered is this superb Silver Hammered Saxon / Viking Penny of King Cnut which dates from c 1016. It has no cracks chips or damage. This coin is the Helmet type and is a rare type, the moneyer was Wulfnoth from the York mint.

Obv: Helmeted and sceptred bust left.
